Management is a process

It is team work that projects our company and customers forward and we use it as leverage to achieve success.

Oliver Kewes is both Co-CEO and member of the Global Board. In this function he represents the business transactions of ConVista Germany as well as the internal department "Human Resources" and the service line "Financials and Analytics".  Following a period of vocational training as an insurance sales executive, Oliver Kewes studied Business Management in Cologne and Tokyo, specializing in Accounting and Controlling. He initially worked in the area of Business Development- and Controlling at a leading German insurance company and then moved on to an internal Audit- and Consulting firm at an international industrial organization. He has been working as a business consultant in the insurance and IT sector since 1998.


Thomas Möller is CFO of the ConVista Group and is responsible for all internal, global financial and controlling issues. He moved into the insurance business consulting following a period during which he studied Automotive- and Industrial Engineering. After working for a medium-sized company for ten years he started with the ConVista team.


As Co-CEO of ConVista Consulting AG Martin Hinz is responsible for the divisions Core Insurance and Customer & Sales. In addition, he represents Sales as well as the activities of the subsidiaries Faktor Zehn and the organizations in Austria, CEE and Asia. As one of the co-founders of Faktor Zehn he was member of the executive board from 2004 until the merger with ConVista Consulting. He has over 20 years of experience in software development and insurance business. After starting as developer with a renowned IT consulting company, he worked as project manager and then as lead architect responsible for the product strategy before taking over the lead for the area of standard software development. Afterwards he was in charge of sales systems, internet applications and portals in the management of a leading insurance solution provider.



Ralf Krollpfeiffer completed his apprenticeship as insurance broker and business administration graduate with the major insurance business management and accounting in Hamburg. Since 1998 he is working in the field of payment transactions for several business consultancies, and throughout that period he was also often working outside of Europe. Within ConVista, Ralf Krollpfeiffer is in charge of the Service Line Payment Management. 

Torsten Lindner is responsible for the technical and process-related solution offerings for clients of the energy industry. Since his business administration studies he is working as a consultant within the energy industry. His consulting focuses on SAP based branch specific core processes, management- and organization consulting as well as on consulting and controlling of complex IT architecture projects of companies in the energy sector. Furthermore, Torsten Linder is an active member of diverse scientific working groups of the energy industry. 


Christian Madey studied IT business engineering and worked in the IT department of a big Munich insurer before becoming a consultant. He gathered profound insurance –know-how in the following 20 years, in particular in the sectors product management and inventory management. In 2004 he founded the Faktor Zehn AG together with 5 other partners in Munich. For such he was acting i.a. as chairman and general manager for the Austrian subsidiary. As a result of the merger of the Faktor Zehn AG and the ConVista Consulting AG, he took over the position of a managing partner and is responsible for the Service Line Core Insurance with the service offerings Inventory Management, Product Management, Claims- and Billing Processes as well as Reinsurance. 

Daniel Ottenberg studied business informatics (university of applied science) with a focus an e-business in Cologne. Since 2004 he works on the topic area accounting at ConVista and is currently responsible for the topics financials and project management.



Alexander Ritter studied general informatics with the major neurocomputer science at the university in Bonn. After his studies he worked for middle sized IT consulting and service company for five years, until he started working for ConVista in 2005. At ConVista, Alexander Ritter is responsible for the service offerings Business Intelligence as well as In-Memory Data Management.  

Stefan Sauels is in charge of the service offering Customer Relationship Management cross-industry as well as for IT based innovations for clients of the energy and water industry. The mathematician graduate has more than 20 years of consulting experience, especially for companies in the branches utilities, insurances, telecommunication and IT services. His technical focus lies on consulting and on quality management of sales- and customer service processes as well as on IT project management, most recently as project leader of SAP major projects in the energy and water industry.  



Dr. Thomas Schönemeier and his team are responsible for the service offering Portals & Collaboration at ConVista. Furthermore he is responsible for the Sales Service team in Germany. As natural scientist he changed into IT consulting and started his career with the topics project management / system analysis in the area of software development of individual solutions. For ten years now he is working as a manager for consulting and sales organizations. With the help of modern intranets, his team is creating collaboration- and self service solutions with SAP and Sharepoint integration.
